Yvette Hernandez

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 30 years of clinical experience and a Pilates teacher since 2005, Dr. Yvette has earned a reputation for excellence, consistently receiving high ratings on patient outcome reviews. In 2005, together with her husband Ron, they founded Ultimate Physical therapy, an outpatient clinic. Her unique blend of physical therapy expertise, anatomical knowledge and passion for dance has established her as an expert in body movement. With a particular interest in the fascial system, she integrates this knowledge into her manual therapy and Pilates instruction, enhancing patient care. Since 2006, she has taught Pilates using the Reformer equipment at their studio. She is also classically trained under the mentorship of Lesley Logan.
